Jordan Burich
Jordan Burich is a medical device program leader, innovation advisor, and automation strategist with extensive experience guiding complex product development programs from concept to commercialization. As the founder of Birch Design, Jordan partners with medical device startups and growing organizations to help bring breakthrough technologies to market through disciplined execution, strategic leadership, and scalable manufacturing planning.
Throughout his career, Jordan has helped lead the development and launch of multiple medical devices through FDA regulatory pathways, including preclinical studies, animal trials, first-in-human programs, and 510k’s. His expertise spans the full product lifecycle—from early-stage concept development and prototyping to regulatory strategy, automation integration, manufacturing scale-up, and commercial launch.
Jordan’s professional background includes leadership roles managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar engineering and automation programs in highly regulated industries. Known for his ability to align cross-functional teams across engineering, regulatory, and operations, he brings a practical and results-driven approach to solving complex development challenges.
